Terms of service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

In short: use Dmbotics on your own Instagram professional account, follow Instagram's rules, don't spam, and you're responsible for what your automatic replies say. We work hard to keep your account safe, but Instagram makes its own decisions, so we can't guarantee them.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Dmbotics ("we", "us") for using the Dmbotics web app and website. By creating an account or using Dmbotics, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Dmbotics.

2. Who can use Dmbotics

3. What Dmbotics does

Dmbotics automatically replies to comments, DMs and story interactions on your Instagram account, based on the rules you set up. It connects through Meta's official Instagram API. Dmbotics is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Account safety and Instagram's decisions

Dmbotics paces replies, keeps well within Instagram's limits, and pauses if Instagram blocks sending. However, Instagram alone decides how it treats accounts and apps, and may change its rules, limits or API at any time. We can't guarantee that every message will be delivered, or that Instagram will never limit or restrict an account.

6. Plans and payments

7. Your content and data

Your rules, messages and files stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Dmbotics for you. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy policy, and you can delete it any time (see Data deletion).

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Dmbotics running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. For important changes to these terms, we'll update the date above and tell users by email or in the app.

9. Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using Dmbotics and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or Instagram's rules, or that puts other people or the service at risk. Where reasonable, we'll explain why.

10. Limits of our liability

Dmbotics is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost followers, sales or business, or for actions Instagram takes on your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, India.
